This policy is designed to comply with Google’s merchant policies and Shopify’s review standards to ensure a clear and fair process for our customers.
1. Non-Refundable Items
Due to the custom and one-of-a-kind nature of certain products, the following items are not eligible for returns or refunds:
- Custom pet jewelry (including engraved or personalized pieces)
- Uniquely crafted crystal designs
- Any custom-made or made-to-order products
- Unique crystal specimen

2. Damaged or Defective Items (During Shipping)
We take great care in packaging our products securely. However, if your order arrives damaged during shipping, we offer the following resolution:
- Report the issue within 24 hours of receiving the package.
- Email support@looziivet.com with your order number, a detailed description of the damage, and clear photos of the damaged product and packaging.
- Once verified, we will issue an equivalent-value gift card, which can be used for a future purchase.
- In certain cases, a replacement may be provided, subject to product availability.
3. Returns & Refunds for Eligible Items
For non-custom products, we accept returns and refunds under the following conditions:
- You must request a return within 14 days of receiving the product.
- The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.
- Refunds (excluding shipping fees) will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

4. Order Cancellations & Modifications
- Orders for custom products cannot be canceled or modified once production has started.
- For non-custom products, order cancellations or modifications must be requested within 24 hours of purchase.
