We want you to love your purchase, but if for any reason you’re not satisfied, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility for Returns
- To be eligible for a return, the item must:
- Be in its original, unused condition
- Include all original packaging and tags
- Be returned within 14 days of delivery
Return Process
- Please contact us at support@looziivet.com with your order number and reason for return.
Once your return is approved, we will provide you with the return instructions and address.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend using a tracked shipping method.
After we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 3–7 business days.
Refund Details
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
If the item is returned damaged or used, we reserve the right to refuse the refund.
Damaged or Defective Items during shipping
- Report the issue within 24 hours of receiving the package.
- Email support@looziivet.com with your order number, a detailed description of the damage, and clear photos of the damaged product and packaging.
- Once verified, we will issue an equivalent-value gift card, which can be used for a future purchase.
- In certain cases, a replacement may be provided, subject to product availability.
